The registration fees include the book of abstracts, participation in all sessions, lunches and coffee breaks, reception, half day tour and banquet. The lunches for participants will be organized at IST.

Authors with accepted publications will be notified until March 15th and must pay their fees during the early registration period (until 1st June) to guarantee the inclusion of their publications in the program and in the proceedings. Only one paper per registered author is allowed.

 

Registration and Login Instructions: To register in the ESMC2009 Conference, please access the Login Form at the right side of the webpage and hit Register. Fill in the required data. After the submission, we will send you an e-mail containing the username and password for the Login Form.
Once logged, a User Menu will appear allowing you to manage your personal account, including submission of contributions. Note that several versions of the publications can be submitted but only the last submitted version will be considered for committee evaluation.

Student Fees: Student rate attendees must send by fax (+351 218 417 915) or e-mail to the Congress Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the congress. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of abstracts or papers associated to scheduled presentations.
