Cancellation policy: Registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 EUR if a request is received in writing one month before the conference (August 25). After this date NO refund will be made. There will be no refund to authors of abstracts/papers associated with scheduled presentations.
The presenting author of each paper must have registered by July 31st 2013 for the paper to be included in the proceedings and scheduled for presentation. Only one presentation per registered author is allowed.
The full and student registration fee covers: Conference Proceedings, Lunch and Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Tour to S.Miguel island.
The accompanying person registration fee includes: Lunches, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Tour to S.Miguel island
Student Fees: Student rate attendees must send to the conference secretariat by e-mail ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) or fax (+351 218 417 915) a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.
