Instructions for Authors

The presentations and all written material will be in English.

One Page Abstract


A printed Book-of-Abstracts will be edited, in addition to the usual digital version of the conference proceedings with the abstracts and full papers. Authors with accepted abstracts are kindly requested to send a ONE PAGE TEXT ONLY version of their ABSTRACT to be published in this printed Book-of-Abstracts. The abstract will be reproduced as submitted and unchanged in the printed Book-of-Abstracts to be delivered at the conference to all participants.

Authors should send the one page abstract via email to the conference secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than May 31 2013, with the abstract ID in the subject line.

After sending the one page abstract, the corresponding author should receive a confirmation e-mail from the Organizing Committee.

Abstracts where no author has paid the registration fee by July 31st 2013 will not be included in the proceedings nor scheduled for presentation.

Full Paper


Full papers (max. 20 pages) corresponding to accepted abstracts will be due by July 31st 2013. Papers received after this deadline will not be included in the conference proceedings.

The full paper is not mandatory but authors are strongly encouraged to send it.
