Welcome Drink

A welcome drink will be offered to the participants during registration on Tuesday afternoon, September 24, at the VIP Executive Hotel. This welcome drink is a courtesy of the hotel.

 

Reception

The conference reception, offered by the Ponta Delgada City Hall on Wednesday, September 25, starting at 18:30, will take place at the Centro Municipal de Cultura. All participants and registered accompanying persons are invited. Centro Municipal de Cultura is located at Largo Mártires da Pátria, being either 20 or 10 minutes walk from VIP Executive Hotel or Hotel do Colégio, respectively, or a short Taxi ride.

 

Banquet

The Conference banquet will take place at the Restaurant Solar da Graça on Thursday, September 26, starting at 20:00. The Restaurant Solar da Graça is a typical restaurant, officially recognized of touristic interest by the Portuguese government in 1962. The restaurant is located at Rua do Mercado 26 and is at walking distance from the University of the Azores Campus and both hotels.

 

Tour of S. Miguel island

The tour of S. Miguel island is included for all registered participants and accompanying persons. It will take place on Saturday, September 28th 2013. Further details will be made available at a later date.
